Wink Does anyone experience cramps?

Hi there, I am in my 16++ weeks I think (lost count)

Does anyone experience cramps at the tummy at times?

I also keep getting pins and needles on my legs easily?

I kinda don't bother about it as long as I don't have any bleeding guess
should be okay right?

Anyone? Any opinions?

When you say 'cramps', is it like menstruation cramps? Is it the lower or upper part of the tummy?

I presume this is your first child. I think the mystery cramp is due to the stretching of your skin to accomodate the growing baby.

Just be more alert. If the cramp seems to be more and more intense, then it is wise to make an appointment with your gynae. But if not, just monitor and talk to your gynae at your next check up.

Do remember to go easy with your daily routine. Try to avoid carrying heavy stuffs and overtire yourself.

Hope that this helps.
